Download and will see two major files 

A) Collaboration-Folders
Collaboration-Folders.bat 

If you double click Collaboration-Folders.bat   It will create automatically over 13 major folders (Directories) and then a sub-folder more than 400
Start working according to these directories
Get used to it, this is the best system.   
See if it creates sub-directories, and if you want to change, you can use any CODE editor to make changes to the folders.
