🕒 Working Hours & Expectations

• 12 hours per day commitment, out of which:
  • 10 hours of productive work
  • 2 hours personal time (lunch, prayer, breaks – completely flexible)
  • 4 hours for training and research.
• No multitasking with personal activities during work hours
• Daily availability is expected, unless agreed otherwise

💰 Pay Structure

• The initial phase is volunteer-based, but you still get basic compensation
• Before starting full onboarding, you will be assigned a trial project to complete.
• This trial project is unpaid and is used only to assess your skills and fit.
• If your project is approved, you will begin receiving payment from that point forward.
• As your skills, contribution, and commitment grow, your pay will increase
• Pay raise decisions are based on merit, not time spent
• You will never work for free once you're onboarded

🔧 Tools & Requirements
      You must be willing to work with:

• A set of essential software tools (we will provide the list)
• Remote screen-sharing and task collaboration tools
• Recording tools for submitting updates or learning tasks
• Stable internet + working computer

🎯 Responsibilities May Include

• Digital outreach, social media, and email follow-up
• HR/recruiting assistance (shortlisting, messaging)
• Data entry, spreadsheet work, and documentation
• Business development research
• Customer and partner communication
• Other admin or support tasks

You will be trained as needed and supported by our senior team.

📅 Evaluation & Onboarding

• No immediate hire – you’ll first go through a short evaluation phase.
• During this time, your reliability, communication, and work ethic will be assessed
• Once cleared, you will become a core part of our team with progressive responsibilities and pay

Our core team works on Eastern Standard Time (EST) – e.g., if it's 12 PM here,
it may be 9 PM in your country.
You can choose your 12-hour block based on availability.
